Throughout college, I worked as a lifeguard instructor, swim instructor and Competitive coach. In my counseling practice, I have transferred those skills to my approach to Life Coaching.
As your Coach, I use an cyclical E3 approach - (Evaluate, Educate and Equip) to inspire you to believe in yourself and motivate you to do more than you think you can.
Evaluate: I will assess to understand your goals and where you are physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. These assessments will not just measure your current strengths and skills, but also identify areas for improvement.
Educate: I will then facilitate the growth or enhancement of your desired abilities, skills and self-awareness. This is the process through which all living organisms grow and adapt to their world. Highly developed individuals are successful, compassionate and well-rounded.
Equip: I will develop a personalized plan to encourage action, growth and empower you to continually work to improve yourself.
Just like a world-class athlete, whether your goals are professional, personal, social or academically related, you both need and deserve my coaching experience, enthusiastic support, objective perspective and insight.
