What Is Therapy?
Therapy is the exploration of our experiences, traumas, attitudes, thoughts, and feelings that inform our present behavior.

Cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, Trauma-Centered, and Solution-Focused therapies are the modalities I utilize to assist clients in adopting new attitudes and perspectives toward life situations.

The clients' role is to make a concerted effort to implement the aforementioned psychotherapy methods to create self-understanding. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix, but a process that necessitates participation and investment from both of us - you (the client) and I (the therapist).

Through a productive therapeutic relationship, it is entirely possible to remove barriers & accomplish positive changes that can help clients transition from surviving to thriving.
